Drought Advisory

We are now in Stage 1 of the Skyline Ranch Estates Drought Contingency Plan. Water level in the well/aquifer is dropping, and we need to reduce our usage.

  • Please do not water landscapes during the hot part of the day (Water 8pm – 8am only).
  • Delay new plantings until October.
  • Discontinue non-essential use (washing cars, filling water features, etc.).
  • Practice daily conservation measures.

If the aquifer level continues to drop, a substantial rate increase for large water users (more than 10,000 gallons per month) will be considered. It is our responsibility to consider the water needs of our neighbors.

Average monthly water use per household is 9,000 gallons. (Most of you use less – the median is 6,000).
Please check your consumption and adjust as possible.

Thank you for your voluntary compliance.
