The combined annual meeting of the SRE Property Owners Association and Water Supply Corporation is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 2008 at the Wimberley Community Center in the Blanco room. The POA meeting will begin at 10:30 A.M., immediately followed by the Water Supply Corporation meeting, and ending with lunch.

We will be electing two new members to the POA Board this year. Board members serve for a term of three years. If you would like to serve, or know someone who would like to serve, please contact any POA Board member as soon as possible. The floor will also be open for nominations at the annual meeting.

Four positions for the WSC Board of Directors will be elected this year. The members serve a term of three years. If you would like to serve in this capacity or know of a property owner you would like to nominate and who is willing to serve, please call Board president Bob Balslev. There will be the opportunity to nominate from the floor during the WSC portion of the annual meeting.

The meetings will be followed by lunch at the Community Center with the main course and drinks provided. POA members are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share. In the past this event has been a lot of fun and a good time to visit with neighbors. Please plan to attend.

Please fill in and sign both proxies that are enclosed even if you think you will be attending the meeting. In the event that you cannot attend the proxies will enable you to request that the Board cast your vote for you or you can name a specific person to do that for you. Return the proxies to

It is very important that you do this. As per the SRE POA By-Laws, we are required to have a quorum of 2/3 membership (that total is made of members present plus signed proxies) at the meeting in order to conduct business.
