Carl Galante has forwarded Curt Phythian’s property appraisal protest package [pdf, 4.2 MB].

According to Carl:
“Curt has already sent the results of his tax protest which more than cut his valuation in half. He did a fantastic job of organizing his data and marshalling his facts and Steve Greenberg and I met with him on Saturday morning so he could share his information with all of us.

I have attached a PDF of his packet along with pictures he used in his presentation. You would, of course, modify the presentation to relate to your own property but Curt has allowed us to share all his info to serve as an example. At the very least, his new valuation should be an upper limit of what you should end up with, but you may have to go to a hearing and do all the upfront legwork to get it.”
